Fashion Colour Refresh extra short-short hair (above chin) - $150+ Fashion Colour Refresh medium-long hair (past chin-chest length) - $200+ Fashion Colour Refresh extra long (past chest length) - $275+ Select this service for refreshing Mermaid, Unicorn or Rainbow hair looks on blonde hair or hair that has already been pre-lightened! *This service does not include bleaching/lightening. If your hair is not currently blonde or pre-lightened, please book in for a Bleach Out service
